The triple jump was inspired by the original Olympic games and is easy to understand. I can't say breakdancing, even if you can define it as a sport, has the same merit.

Britains are only good at sports you can do sitting down. Plus I expect the funding has quietly dried up after the big 2012 pr event, so we'll be crap at those too. Then we sacked the only gymnastics coaches who've ever got us medals, because they were too mean - so we ain't going to do well unless knifing a teenager becomes an Olympic event.

Would rather watch breakdancing than a lot of the mind numbing crap that makes up the Olympics.

What a load of boring old s**te the Olympics are.
A load of people running in a straight line, throwing pointy sticks and frisbee's at nothing, posh people prancing around on horses & swimming events.

It is getting absurd. That being said, bring back the Tug of War!

No problem with breakdancing being it, it requires incredible skill, balance, strength etc and is way better than the awful gymnastics performance art that is already in the Olympics.
