Mad how half the city is crisscrossed with all these tunnels and caverns. Also a shame how they've been allowed to degrade and overgrow. There's definitely be a tourism market for these, I'd love to go for a walk around some of these locations considering the history behind them. Edge Hill cutting is apparently the oldest railway station in the world (non operational that is)

It looks like The Williamson Tunnels have re-opened . I’d like to see them and the Mersey tunnels tour.

Found that way more interesting than I thought I would. Anyone know why that beautiful arch next to the steps is no longer there?
