Nice one mate, any you recommend done a bit of reading the herman miller chairs seem to be the de facto. I need one with good back support etc.

Herman Miller or Steelcase - generally the Embody, Aeron or Leap. But even the Think and Please are apparently alright.

Either way, you'll be getting very much an "above average" office chair with any of those.

I've sat on a lot of office chairs in my time. I find it hard to believe you have to spend £300 on one to be comfy. The one I have at home was £80 and is very comfy.
