It's transphobic. Does not being the queen make you less of a female? Shouldn't God save transgender people? What if you are transmale? Why aren't they in the song.
Change it to God save the Queen and transgender

As a Republican and an atheist, it’s an awful song. Also the tune is such a dirge. We should have Jerusalem instead. Much more uplifting.

Agree with this. Not a fan of the MCC Tory snobs or the tools of the Barmy Army. But generally cricket seems to attract a good sort.
Think the cricket team could be even better if it could attract more youngsters from a working class background.
