Do we have any room to appeal?

I mean if both clubs agreed and had the paperwork in on time could the work permit decision be reversed later in the week and the deal still go ahead?

Unbelievable, it really is going from bad to worse. I'm getting more frustrated by the minute. FFS, from what I gathered he's meant to be an enormous prospect for the future, so I feel we've been screwed over on this one. (n)
