O2 pay and go

Doubt anyone can but if they could help it would be great.

I changed my tariff to the pay and go go go, and was told to top the £20 up on 21st on April, which I have done now. My texts/web/calls didnt come through and i realised due to me ''lending a quid'' i had paid the £1 back borrowed so thought i should top up another £10 to that there was definitely £20 in the account.

My balance is now £28, and I have still yet to receive my texts/web/calls. When will they come through?

Doesn't matter now anyway lids it's came through, just needed a bit of patience didn't i!
