Yes, it's a very dangerous track. Correct procedure is to drive past wreck if possible and not stop or if you are going to stop make sure it's always AFTER the wreck. Guy in the video was trying to help but possibly ended up distracting the incoming drivers more than if he'd just chilled and done nothing. Parked his car in a pretty bad place as well... better to do it on the inside of the track although matey at the end did that and still got totalled by the Porsche.
If you are really on it you should not brake/take your foot off the accelerator until you have dealt with the corner. Straighten up the wheel asap then emergency stop it. Beginners.
