Still playing Aion after I saw Goat posting about it a year ago, but yea starting to get a bit lame like you say, waiting for next massive patch to come out.

Heard conflicting stuff about SWTOR, pvp pretty simple and not a lot of content, but I'm sure more to be added?

Im not totally convinced by it, its a new game, so it has loads of little bugs and glitches that are cracking me up.

I'm on it, Scoundrel. Barely kill anything, just stealth around places tranquilising as needed until I reach the final part. I'm like an intergalactic Adam Jensen.

There appears to be LOADS of content at the moment and im only on level 19.

Theres Warzones which are ofc PVP arenas, which give very nice money, XP, PVP tokens for gear and PVP rank stats, very FPS laggy at the moment, ive read they are working on a fix.
Theres around 10 PVE Instances open to me already and ive heard around 50 in total.
You can do Space Missions in your ship, which are quite fun.
And then there are endless Daily and normal Quests to do.

There does seem to be a lot of content.

Aion is dying and dying fast, even NCsoft are pulling out.

I still play lol, well kinda, I keep meaning to play it, but just get caught up in leveling so dont get around to it.

Im sure I will play both, but probably not much loling.

My thoughts too. Sounds good Goat, I'm gonna pick it up I think. Really looking for that stop gap for GW2/Diablo 3 whichever decides to rear it's head first.

Aion's just stagnating really.

I have pictures of ArenaNet's new HQ. I was there and commissioned their lighting system. They had GW2 stuff up all over the place (naturally).

I wouldn't say SWTOR is a stop gap. It's a whole new class of MMO. Without the story driven element and realistic conversations, cinematic quests etc, anything else will seem old hat.

As for Guild Wars, I thought the first one was shoddy, disjointed and it's only saving grace was lack of subscription. I just can't see it being anything other than another half-baked fantasy RPG without the revenue streams of subscription and the design powerhouses of EA or Activision.
