Where about are you from?

Aigburth, then moved out to the sticks between Halewood and Hale. (Nan's old house more or less backs onto FF now) Moved further and Further away until I arrived in Dubai 17 years ago.

How did you find these forums?

Mate of mine uses GOT so I decided to sign up and see what all the fuss was about.

How did you become an Evertonian?

It's in the family, thank Christ.

Your all-time favourite Everton player?

I was fortunate enough to be in my mid-teens when we had the golden spell Mid-80's, so many to choose from but Nev was worth so many points. I always used to enjoy watching Pat Nevin a few years later, Still can't understand why his warm up used to consist on 10 mins keepy ups by the corner flag followed by 10 mins in goal. Just a great little player.

Your current favourite player?

Coleman, a bit of a throwback to the days when footballers were not arseholes. Just seems to be 'one of the lads' who loves his job.

Pineapple on Pizza, Is it socially acceptable? What are your views?

Probably not acceptable but it is quite tasty.

Welcome to the forums mate. I'd say UAE is quite a ways away from Liverpool, but at least you can sit down somewhere, pull up a pint and watch some football there. Well, if you stick around for another 8 years, you can take a quick hop over to see the World Cup in Qatar. That is unless they have it yanked for killing all of their slave labor because it's 150 degrees F in the shade.

Yeah, quite a few blues over here.....all waiting for the Europa draw so we can take in 1 or 2 aways in the groups.

Can't see Qatar going ahead, lot of larger projects have slowed/stalled there until the result of the investigation is out in the open.

Oh and their is a good chance Everton are coming here over the winter for some of that much talked about 'warm weather training.'

Gibson was over here working on his fitness with a couple of staff from FF and they were very impressed at the standard of facilities. I believe from staff at the complex it's more or less confirmed.
