In work trying to set up a current XI you would pick of players from Liverpool and the surrounding areas
We have tried to add the caveat of they are not allowed to of played more than 30 games for either Everton or Liverpool! So the likes of Tom Davies can't count.
Really struggling to find a goalkeeper as well!
We so far have the likes of
Ryan Kent
Kieran Dowell
Max Power
Joe Gelhart
Jon Lundstrum
Jordan Rossiter
Aaron Cresswell
Thelo Aasgaard
Callum Lang
The point being the 80s/90s produced so many talented lads from the city & surrounding, especially those mid-late 90s years!
It appears there has been a massive drop in talent coming from the city in the past decade if you think of a period were Rooney, Gerrard, Carragher, Baines were all playing in World Cups for England
