Non league football day

I had a look to see if Marine were playing, no joy. So then I checked how much Tranmere tickets are, £20!! If we took my nephew you're looking at £50, then say £10 on train fares, then 30-40 on ale and food.
Mental.
I'll go and watch some park footy instead.

Pity because it was a good article, some great incentives by the clubs

I agree, mate. And I completely agree with the sentiment of non league day, but I begrudge laying out the best part of a ton to go and watch Tranmere friggin Rovers.
If marine were at home I'd have gone no doubt.

I live in Fazakerley and have been meaning to get to either some Marine or Bootle FC games when they don't clash with Everton.

Used to get to a few Ballymena United games when i was with my ex who is from there. They're semi pro and Dave Hickson used to play and manage them.

Ridculous that and they wonder why Tramere's gates are always gash. To charge prices like that for non league football is just madness and it's not even like they're playing that well down there just now!

Mentioned it in the today's football thread, but went to watch Tranmere earlier today.

The prices were scandalous at 17 quid, but was going with a mate.

Well worth it in the end, superb entertainment and the closet kopites all went home to cry and wank over Klopp to try and forget about how they had just lost at home to the mighty Eastleigh.

Yep

Watched my local side Kidderminster Harriers live on BT Sport yesterday

Just doing my bit guyz
