Noisy neighbours

My neighbour's dog was always in his back garden barking his head off. Eventually I went round, kidnapped his dog and put him in my back garden to see how long my neighbour would put up with it lollol
Urm you still heard his dog barking?
Most troubles with Neighbours of over fences - noise - the council can sort both out......

People across the street from us have 3 small but very yappy dogs. The yap whenever anyone comes near their house, postman, passers by, etc. so the a-holes put them outside because they don't want to hear them barking inside????????????????????????

Chinese student couple above me started rowing at 11pm last night. Went on till after 1 am. Woke me up and I was close to going up on the bounce but instead I thought I'd put the kettle on and do some work.

The worst thing is loud music. It's extremely stressful. Washing machines I can tolerate because you know the noise is going to finish but with music you don't and there's the added annoyance that it's being played purely for enjoyment.

We had a recurring problem once with a rented flat below ours and the guys in it came and went at all hours, noisily. The only solution was to make contact by offering to clear up their bit of garden at the rear of the tenement. They were grateful to have somewhere nice to sit and drink. Then, it was possible to quietly mention that we found the music a bit loud. "Oh mate, we didny realise. Apologies." Aye right!

Didn't last mind you, the feckers.
