The future is the most important thing, as you say. You feel a new regime would be stuck twiddling their thumbs achieving nothing on the stadium issue. I say that even the chumps currently 'running' Everton ensnared two stadium development partners and that different people would have made different governance decisions to turn those opportunities into gold. There's a way forward if there's (new) leadership on the stadium issue.
I hope you're right on that one Dave, as the need to resolve it, is slowly turning into a necessity as the Old lady is starting to age less gracefully of late. It could of course help that aim, if our current major shareholders weren't looking for a 4 or 5 fold increase on the their investment. If the reported £150M asking price became £70M but with the proviso that the new owners invested £80M cash in the infrastructure, then Bill could have a stand named after him for me like........
