Heard John Henry on the radio this morning saying they weren't going to fund a new stadium and would rather redevelop Analfield.

Can we apply to build on Stanley Park when they withdraw their planning application then?

LCC would probably knock us back again though, most likely.

well that should put a stop to the local politicians attempting to bully us into a groundshare to facilitate thier favourite money spinning sons a new cash cow/theme park.

Even if we had the money, do you think that LCC would let us have Stanley Park, no way. I have this sort of hunch that certain parts of LCC would like to see the City just have one team.

However no matter which way one looks at it we cannot possibly compete with LFC except for two periods of 90 minutes each season.
