It may not be a totally bad thing that we haven't signed anyone during the break. All those clubs that have "strengthened" will also have the added problem of keeping them content. We will have to field a more consistent line up week in week out. I am a great advocate of playing your strongest available team at all times. The idea that professional sportsmen can't cope with a 50 game season holds no water for me. In seasons past any successful clubs playing staff could expect to play in excess of 60 games a season. So give me a settled side over an overblown squad any day.
Predict top 7 finish again, and if we can get out of the blocks handy who knows what we may achieve.

I would agree if everton players didn't have a habit of getting injuried all the time, our squad needs additional players even 1 or 2 loan signings would make a big difference.
