no leader on pitch

I dispute that! Our white booted hi-lite sporting leader is clearly a leader.

There no responsibility in the team, not one player looks to try and grab the game by the scruff of the neck and try and lead us. Their are too many players in this team which are in a comfort zone.

They should play this instead of Z Cars ffs.

Absolutely right. When Jags got the armband it just hit me that we are actually in need of one.
Phil Neville has been good at that in the past, but yeah. Maybe he could spend a bit of time with the youngsters and teach them leadership, and then have those same youngsters spend time with other players to make sure they don't turn up to practice with blonde highlights.

Nev is a good leader, just a poor footballer. We need a compromise. Someone who can lead the team and not be gash.

We need a Roy Keane type figure on the pitch -- someone whose going to boss the side around.

The only one who looks like he could do that in the future is Barkley -- the others look soft.
