Uhmm, I think it has something to do with me being lazy/procrastinator. I told the forum to resize it to spec, but it appears to have ignored me. Oh well, I said.....feck it.

Have you been watching Futurama of late, mate?

I think it's easily the best animated comedy on TV. And I think it was years back, too.

Archer runs it close mind right now.

Futurama is easily my favorite sitcom. Even more so than American Dad (which, IMO, has surpassed its predecessor) and Family Guy.

American Dad has been better than Family Guy for a while. FG got old fast after season 4 or 5.

Futurama though was my favourite growing up. I had all the 4 original seasons on DVD and would just re-watch them over and over. I thought the TV movies were only decent, but I was just glad to see it back. I've been a lot more impressed with the new proper season(s) since then.

If you've not seen them then definitely check out Archer, The Life and Times of Tim and Frisky Dingo. They're some of my favourite animated comedies, and ones I hold in a higher regard than Family Guy or American Dad. South Park used to be a favourite as well but this last season has been utterly gash.

long term thats where Nintendo's future lies surely as the games market evolves ever more someone will be squeezed out i fear Nintendo will be the one to go and lets be fair it do sega any harm when they ditched the hardware side of things.

I'd be devastated mate. I love handheld consoles and Nintendo make the best ones, in my opinion. Smartphones will never be a serious gaming platform for me because a.) I hate phones and more importantly, b.) They have a very limited form of input.

I love my iTouch for a bit of solitaire, and sure it's a powerful enough piece of tech, but with no buttons and a lack of precision by having to use one of your digits, it's not a comfortable or ideal gaming device.

Anyway, Nintendo are the only company left trying to make fresh, innovative gaming hardware. I'm not saying it's all great, mind, but without them I fear the games market would grow even more stale and samey.

Oh i agree mate, but i dont think they can cope with another naff up,the Wii U has to succeed becuase if it doesnt then at some point the money men behind the brand will say enough and they will move towards software only and it's be a bad day for gaming if that does happen.

The global economy is now hitting gaming,so far its been fair robust against the storm but now it does seem to be hitting the rocks another failure isnt an option,on that note if things hadnt have gone paps up i'd wager we'd have seen the new xbox on sale by now,let alone demo'd it bleeding shame things went tits up really.
