btw, Goodison has 'shrunk'

official capacity 39,571 (40,157 for 11/12 season)

I hate the home kit.

It's a copy paste job and it's not even a good one. Nice in long sleeve though.

And the away kit is fantastic.

If the third kit is nice (hard to tell from that pic; looks like a "cut out and make" thing from the back of a cereal box) then I may forgive Nike.

Me and you timbo, we've got a psychic thing going on. Just posted that on NSNO at the same time - I spotted when I was looking for pitch dimensions (don't ask...)

Just was in an excellent footy specialty shop in North Jersey. Has a kit from every "big" club/country imaginable except us. Can someone explain to Bill that Yank "soccer" fans don't really know who the big clubs are, we just assume a club must be big because its kits are on sale in stores, they have weekly magazine shows on tv (hello, Arsenal), et al. In short, acting like a big club in the States is the same thing as being a big club in the States.

Think all of the kits are some of the nicest, especially the long sleeved home shirts yet I do think the home kit would look 10 times better with the white 3rd kit socks looks more like a traditional Everton kit. But as long as its got the badge and "nil satis nisi optimum" that's all that matters we're Everton!

Was checking on new PL pitch size regulations coming into force this season - all pitch dimensions standardised at 105m x 68m.
