Royal Blue Jersey

Player Valuation: £35m
I love the FA Cup, me. It's quite easily the greatest cup competition in the world, and I hate the idea it's a competition that has been devalued in recent years or taken a backseat to Europe.

Well, this year I'm going to be guilty of that very crime: for me, Europa League has to be the priority. Not only will European experience be vital, European aways be utterly boss for thousands of pissed up scousers AND Euro nights at Goodison evoke some of the club's best ever memories, but the quest for Champions League and silverware can be fulfilled in one fell swoop: win the Europa and we'll go straight into the Champions League group stages, and be European Champions (of a kind) with the chance to compete in another showpiece: the SuperCup.

I'm genuinely excited to be back in Europe and I can't for the life of me think why other teams take the piss with it (Spurs, Stoke, Villa, Bolton) when we all love it so much - but clearly this year, with the added incentives, it's our must-win and #1 priority.

yep, chelsea and man city will be top 2...3rd is anyones
Sorry mate but that its totaly deluded, at best if we were to win a trophy i think we could get 6th, our squad has already took a hit, at no financial gain, and we will have to use the majority of the kitty just to get back to where we were at the end of the season, everytime we had a glut of games last season the squad got hammered with injuries and that was with out the EL. No chance of 3rd, an thats not critiscing anyone around the squad or managment, i just dont think it is possible for everton to finish above 2 of Liverpool, Arseanl and UTD in the same season, if we finish above 1 of them it will be another very decent season.
