I am hoping we can get 1 point v palace. Liverpool are playing better than us at the present, as are Chelsea

...of course football is a funny old game, but the portents are not looking good

The old 40 point mark for safety is more like 35 now a days when you look at past 10 years tally to be relegated. No point saying we will get nothing from that game and something from others as it does not happen.

Then it is the Leicester game - if we have not won by then, and do not beat Leicester RM has to be sacked.

Love to hear anyone argue against the last sentence of that.

he hasn't played with one holder many times and he won't be doing it in the next 3 games if any 2 from 3 are fit. If he only has one then it may be Barkley drops a bit deeper, but a holding MFer he ain't... in fact on his present form he isn't any sort of MFer

I wouldn't argue with it. I'd just comment that leaving it to after the Leicester game would be too late. RM should have been sacked straight after West Brom to give the new manager a good lead in period to the CP game. If we get 1 pt from the next 3 I'll be over the moon. Sadly I don't think we'll get any.

It's not being over-dramatic to suggest that this is a real crisis. Even worse it's a crisis the outcome of which will determine the whole future of our club.

Was there really a need to play 2 holding and 1 up against west brom at home ? Martinez plays the same way against every team that's why we are so easy to play against at the minute.

We will beat all three. I have no doubt about that. Then we will push up the league, reflecting on the second half of the season as a title winning run for the 2015/16 season. We then sell stones and mccarthy and bring in mcmanaman and emerson boyce.

I understand this. Personally over Xmas I felt he should get up to Chelsea away to turn it round because leicester HAS to be won and that would need someone new if RM was showing no sign of turning it around. I was writing off city, chelsea and the rs games. Although performances have got a little better since west ham, for me he needs at least 2 points from the nest 3 games. If he doesn't he should go the night of chelsea game. Then whoever comes in gets from yng boys pre leicester. Can't honestly see bill acting before march though...
