Thought I'd slip sneakily in to do the last match thread of the season. Time perhaps to give the jonny -come-lately the severe beating that they richly deserve. Especial vitriol reserved for Gordon of course, who might be realising that all that glisters is not gold.

Turning to us, as the game has zilch riding on it will Moyes surprise us all with the team ? A shaking out of the usual suspects with perhaps Armstrong starting, and a new formation. I haven't the foggiest to be honest, but it may show an inkling of his feelings for the future of the team. Of course, it might be the last game for some such as Doucoure, Keane etc. and Moyes will probably pick 'em for that reason alone.

Big chance they miss out with a draw. Haven't actually lost to them in three prem games and Dyche somehow scrambled a draw up there which was the last of that terrible 2024 winless run.

I actually fancy the same as last season, 1-1. They'll get very edgy if they don't go up in the first 20 minutes and think after today Ndiaye gives them plenty of problems if he gets a chance to dribble from the centre of the pitch.
