i so wish it was different, the sport is going one way and the governing bodies are doing nothing to stand up for referees. we're in a bit of a dogfight, our players need to be snarly imo. the teams at the top of the table are the most snarliest it must be said.

Don't agree with much Mourinho has to say, but he got it spot on with regard to carragher and souness. All teams try to influence the ref ( the RS and carragher and Gerrard have been doing it for years in derbies, mostly at our expense). In such a massive game I was happy the players stood up to such a bad challenge. I wish we had showed as much passion over that decision throughout the season. I'm thinking of the stoke game, city game when we should have stood up for ourselves. As it is, it was worthy of a red card all day long.

A couple of our players who were pretty close by, wanting to speak their piece to the ref is not the same as practically the whole Chelsea team, some running fully 40/50 yards to surround the ref...
