Deffo go the Moma if you go an arty place, but go the Guggenheim so you can feel like Will Smith in Men in Black.

Go to a Ranger game (the real Rangers, not that **** in Glasgow). Circle line around manhattan if it runs in the winter. This is a good way to get a feel for the geography of the city and its scope. American museum of natural history. Eat at a real high end steakhouse (keens might be a good option). Eat some good pizza.
