My, actually serious one, is that Mrs R gets back to 100%. I know I have helped her over the last 2 years, so I will resolve to help her through the last hard yards.

I've been wanting to get bigger/build muscle for a long time. Being GOT's resident spaghetti arms isn't fun anymore. I just don't know where to start, don't really want to go the gym in fear of being judged, haha.

Improve overall fitness needs to be done as well.

I know going the gym for the first time can be intimidating but nobody is there to judge you. Everybody else is there to work on themselves and to not pay attention to others in the gym.

Remember, everybody had to start from the beginning.

If you really feel that bad about it go with a friend, you will generally find people are there to help and not to judge or criticise. People will be friendly with you mate.

I'm currently the heaviest I've ever been. FFS.

Cutting out bread worked for me, you say you drink a lot, knock that on the head. ( obvious one )

its mad you say that, that was my opinion too. You are a lot younger than me and will find it easier/harder if you just turn up and ask for some help from some approachable looking lads, it's advice already been given but anyone like a mate can go once or twice a week to sort you out?

Also, any gym worth it's salt should have adequate assistance to show you what and how.

I'm going to call more people ****s.

I had the same thing, mate. Moving the peg about 20 yards higher after someone's just got off a machine seems dead embarrassing, but once you do it a few times and realise no one's arsed enough to judge you it's sound.

I hate talking to people I don't know when it's things I'm not properly sure on, I think everyone would just say I'm a tit. Two of my mates go this gym and I'd go but the people there are all massive, which for me is just horrifying.

It's the mental thing you will struggle with of thinking cos you are not lifting xKG you are not worthy.

You are there to get PYAR HENCH AND THEN FINGER ALL THEE BIRDS.

Drink less.
Put some weight on ( tried hard over Xmas but only put a couple of pounds on ffs )
Swim a mile or two every week.
See more of my sisters and other family.
Tell the missus I love her more, until she relents and lets me have a dog.
