Never really bothered too much about new year resolutions, usually say I won't attempt to set the new holding breath underwater while listening to the undertones record or some such rubbish.

This year I'm going to do this properly. During the last year I have lost a stone and a half This year I aim to lose more weight, my aim is two stone. It will happen.

I will also talk less and act more, I've made too many excuses for not doing things. I have already started, in a few weeks I'm going to start a new job. I'm still with the same company but this new job will offer more of a challenge.

So two ways to get off my fat ass!
