Hello Mates from Greece
Some minutes ago Hercules (Iraklis) a Super League Team from Salonica announced the deal with Everton for the transfer of Center Forward Apostolos Vellios.
Vellios is the next best thing in Greece and all the big teams wanted to sign them.
I think it is a very succesfull deal for Everton to invest on his talent

Here you can see him scoring. He knows perfectly how to move as a center forward and he is famous for scoring at the last minutes of the games

Cheers mate, great news. Is there money involved ? Only 4 goals in 22 though so not exactly prolific.

I think THT or LCAB mentioned something about some young player. I wonder if this is him?

I'm not complaining. The present looks bleak, but at least the future could be brighter, if we're investing in talent.

Fruck yes. A 19 year old striker talent.
Just like Vaughan.
Is he any good on FM, can someone check their profile and post a screenshot of his stats? :P

All i know is that he looks good in the color blue. Score!

Wow, would be a ray of sunlight if this was true. Going to bed now. Hope this is true when I wake up.

Basil , unfotunately in Greece , we don't invest on young players , that's why the Greek National Team has a big problem especially at the Forward Position. Most teams prefer foreigners forwards. It is difficult for a youngster to play in the League. Nothing like the Premier League. But i believe in Everton he can prove if he is worth all the fuzz

Well its an investment if true, we can certainly sell him for more than we buy him, whatever price we have bought him at.

To be fair I felt similarly pleased upon signing Gueye and Silva; who still have 0 PL appearances between them. It's one thing these players signing, it's another them being good enough to make it and it's another altogether Moyes giving them some game time!
