was it Fozzy that got a flash* Hannspree one ? that was from pixmania i think ?

*Flash for when he got it, as is the case with these things.

blimey mate you got a memory of an elephant! (avoids nose and ears joke)

as to the tv make if you go for the plasma the only thing ive seen wrong with them is (at my bosses house) if you have lots of windows or your tv is in a place where refection is a problem then they struggle (have a shiny glass screen not matt) not 100% sure all plasma's have those screens but all the one's ive seen have!

I wouldn't buy a plasma. I also wouldn't have the 3D or SMART TV nads, as it's just cost that adds little imo, as who needs yet another accessible device these days? & 3D at home? Really? Not for me.

You can get a 46" LED Samsung for £479 from Currys.

Anyone else not like HD like me? when you watch programs it looks fake and i don't know how to describe it. Like when they have a dream scenario in a sitcom.

I agree with you Brennan,,,, very expensive. I'm from the school of thought that I can get a 50 inch TV from Tesco for a third of the price and still watch the same programmes as somebody who pays a grand for theirs.....nothing wrong with spending that by the way, it's your money and your choice......

I got my last 2 tellys from Tescos and they have both been exceptionally good.
