New Stadium or New Owner

New stadium every time. I can't be doing with all these Uncle Bill Bashers. The guy is clearly passionate about the club. What are the chances of us getting a new owner who is interested in anything other than trying to make a profit on their investment and then walking away.

Kenwrong and his cronies paid 20m for their shares.

Its "alleged" that they are looking to sell for around 150m. And thats after doubling the debt, selling all our best players, assets and mortgaging most of our future earnings.

Lets not pretend that Uncle Bill is in it for the love.

He enjoys the free ride hes getting.

It's a bit of a weird question because most people will naturally hope (in a hypothetical situation) that the new owner is loaded and will build the new stadium anyway. So it's only the select few die-hard BK fans who would vote for stadium. A (slightly) more interesting question is if you'd take a new stadium (state of the art in the city) + BK (with no guarantee of a sale to another party for, say, at least 20 years) or a completely random new owner (might be oil-rich loaded; might be a clone of the guy who purchased Portsmouth or whatever you prefer as a cautionary tale of new owners) and no guarantee of a stadium (unless we luck out with the loaded owner).

I'd go for the new stadium as the financial fair play rules, gradually coming in to force, will stop any huge outside investment in our playing staff anyway.

A larger, state of the art stadium, with good corporate facilities would increase our revenue, so we could spend more.

New owner without doubt !!

Can u imagine are current owners with a new stadium. They would want alot more to sell and with increased revenue they would probably think they can wing it for even longer!

I used to just want a new stadium, because when Destination Kirkby was first mooted, it was said it would provide the manager with £10m to £15m a year for transfers. But apparently wasn't quite true and it was closer to £5m, so a new owner is required I think

Either.

But a new stadium seems like less of a kick in the teeth to all that is sane in my opinion.

By that, I mean I'd rather see that than some rich fella coming along and going "you there, Van Persie of Arsenal, £300,000 a week to play for Everton, sign there and it's yours". That's just silly.
