New Sponsors?

Just watching David Moyes' press conference from today. Notice a new sponsor printed onto the front of his polo. At least this is new to me. Looks like the shirt says "power of the thai" underneath the logo. does anyone know the details of this new sponsor? or is it an old one i have never noticed before?
