New season ticket holder

Hi,

We are season ticket holders for the very first time this year!

Can I just ask, whilst on the app it says 'season ticket holder', should I be able to see my actual ticket somewhere?

My hubby can't get the Monday night off work for the West Ham game so was thinking of selling it on, but when I look on the app about reselling tickets it's saying we haven't got any to sell, or is that just not yet set up yet for anyone?

The club are very good at taking the payment for season tickets, but can be a bit slower issuing them. A few times, back in the ST card days, I had to go to the ticket office the day of the first home game to collect mine, even though it was renewed and paid for the previous March.

I've managed to download my season ticket to my Apple wallet today, so am all set for the Brighton game 🙂

Should I be able to transfer individual match tickets to other forever blue members, or even resell them to the club yet? I've been on the app again now that I have my actual ticket just to see what's what - but when I click on transfer tickets or resell tickets, it just says I haven't got any tickets?

As I say, this whole season ticket thing is brand new to me, so I don't know if you can only resell/transfer last minute? (I've promised my Palace ticket to friends who are members as I'm away that week, and was going to transfer it to them now, but presumably I'm too far out?)

Hey there :)

It’s new to me too…. Glad we got the emails today for both Roma and STs.

Still cannot see any tickets on my app either but expect this will come and be able to then transfer / sell back to club.

How far in advance I am not too sure!

Being Everton I am not sure they will make it too easy
