New PS3 Game Recomendation ?

Star Wars Force Unleasehed 2 and God of War 3 are both worth renting - great games but not worth buying as they can be finished in 8ish hours game time.
 
If you havnt played either Uncharted game yet you can't go wrong with them.

Red Dead Redemption is a great choice.

I liked Mafia 2.

Playstation move stuff is fun.

If you like Call Of Duty types try Battlefield 2 which I find a bit more user friendly and the Vietnam extra content is great.

I thought that game was awful, great graphics but massively repetitive and really short.

Um, the Uncharted games, the LBP games and MGS4 are worth getting.
 

mad that, ive got all of them and was thinking the exact same

need for speed is deecent if you havent got that.
teken 4 , someones already mentioned but thats good too.
ive heard the new halos soppose to be boss but never played it,

battlefield is a good shout, killzone will keep you busy and all, uncharted is ok i get a bit bored of them though to be honest... if you like tomb raider type games that prince of persia is just a tomb raider game in different clothes, if you fancy a good old fighting game you can pick up soul cailbre 4 cheap and it is still a winner of me
 
Cannot go wrong with "RED DEAD REDEMPTION" and the "UNDEAD NIGHTMARE" expansion, also just bought Medal of Honour thought id have a change from Black ops, looks pretty good so far...
 
Mass Effect 2 has just been released on the PS3, using the updated Me3 engine.

In other words:

GO BUY MASS EFFECT 2!
 

Thanks for the suggestions, I was temped with Battlefield 2 but saw there were some new titles coming out soon like Bulletstorm and Homefront , which despite having involvement from the bloke responsible for the film Red Dawn, actually looks quite good.

Don't think I'll get another racing game just now though I'm more than happy with Gran Tourismo 5

Question for Robisok how does Medal of Honour compare with Modern Warfare 2 or Black Ops ?
 
Medal of honor is horrifically unbalanced online. Avoid it. Battlefield BC 2 is the definitive war shooter, if you ask me.


Yet again though, GET MASS EFFECT 2!!!

I play a lot of games, and it's hands down my favourite game of this generation.

Valkyrie chronicles and Demon's soul's

Oh and both Ratchett and clank games for this gen (quest for booty is a small xpac that can be done in an hour or two so i dont count it myself) the other 2 are good fun platformers

And as i play RPG's more than any other genre i have felt Mass effect 1 and 2 were hugely over rated,they just left me cold tbh though of EA/biowares RPG's of this gen Dragon Age were much,much better.

Just my view like
