New Manager - Now is the time.

Regardless of the current form the reality is we still have a squad with very talented individuals. The lack of confidence and poor management is behing the bad displays.
If Everton replace Martinez now with a decent manager with European experience we still have a chance of salvaging the season, given we have European football to compete in.

If this is left to continue, apart from the dreaded relegation battle the likelehood is there will be an exodus of our best and most valuable players at the end of the season. Things would look very different if this is allowed to happen.

I'm sympathetic towards your views, as long as your not the fella on Radio Merseyside after the game saying get Mark Hughes in.

Joe Royle with big dunc assistant,I'd even consider Cahill on loan if possible to lead the fight,it may not be the way forward for the future but it would do me for now.

I really think you should think about bringing back the Rodgers wreath pic and every time it's posted that's when a thread should be locked. That will stop 400 similar threads being posted ( though it means you have to do 400 various Rodgers poses with wreaths ).In fact we were doing o.k until you stopped posting those pics so start posting again!!
