Good to see future comparisons.
BM is the 60k version but looks boss though.

It's hard to comprehend the ambition of this build only when you see it next to the plans of other clubs

It's lightyears ahead of everything going to built or already built in its scale and the only one that seems like its not just polishing a turd already built

For all farhads faults its going to be hard to hold a grudge when it's built

Still dissapointed we never went ahead with the 60k.

Interior is phenomenal compared to the 53k one which whilst alright seems a bit more generic.

I'd love a illuminated sign on the edge of the dock "Royal Blue Mersey'

If we don't sell that space on the Mersey to a sponsor for a huge illuminated sign, we should just erect Everton FC in 20 foot letters which light up of a night.

It’s still feasible we could one day expand to what’s on the videos as the site supports it. Doubt it would happen with safe standing and planning permission

That's not even the 60k version. That's artistic licence by the person who knocked that together, the real design did not look that good.
