I think he will have the brain but not the pace look how faster footie is getting i would rather us utilise the pace and skill of people like young and agbonlahor .

Ah but to be fair Beckham has never had the pace, he was never a winger. He can just play demon crosses.
 

Well can we agree that neither of us are clairvoyant, we can't see into the future. So while Beckham may be there in 2010, he may not. We just don't know.

But what we do know is that there isn't much competition coming through, I don't see any free kick specialists, any one who can cross like Beckham.
 
I think I can safely say that if Beckham is still at LA Galaxy he will not be involved with England in another tournament. (apart from the home nations next year)
Home nations now thats somethin to look foreward to next summer is lookin better already i hope they are played
 

No he won't. I don't know how long his contract is, but he should really consider coming back to English football. If not for his ability which is unchallenged (apart from by one person), he has the passion and the desire. Didn't see any other English player walking off the pitch in tears. Maybe thats because they know its payday soon and they can buy another flash car.
