I think because a few people have been asking the club on twitter and stuff, they have now grouped everything together with the new badge, so people can find it easier.

don't know if last seasons was better but this seasons is definitely a great example of design by committee. The tower, laurels, date, name, motto and shield all in one crest. They went out to make everyone happy which often results in mediocrity.

The new badge is tons better. Though I'd get rid of the word Everton, I don't know why so many muppets insisted on having our name on it, we're well aware of who we are ffs.
