Neville Starts At United

He was a grim player, couldn't care less what he does now with his 'leadership' skills. Don't care how much effort he gave on the pitch either, 100% of nothing is still nothing

Amen.

If you were a prem manager and you got the chance to manage the Champions you saying you wouldn't ???? of course they are the best.... history books will show that at this time they are the best.... if you don't want to reach the top then it shows a lack of ambition.

I'd rather manage everton than united....but thats cos im a blue.....i guess my qualm is the fact that moyes made us believe he was a blue himself before jumping ship as soon as the opportunity arose

And neville maintained he had become a blue himself after a few years as captain in an attempt to win fans over....then as soon as he goes back to united he dismisses us as simply a stepping stone in Moyes career?

I know we might not be the best at the minute but we're still a great football club and we certainly deserve better than to be embarassed by people like neville thinking they can mug the fans off

Difference is mate we are fans... to them it's just a job. If you worked in Tesco would you never shop in Morrisons ?

I think he may have possibly changed his mind about us following the Wigan Game, the criticisms were far from constructive on Twitter, myself included like but we were hurtin'.

Absolute Bollox mate...i'm sorry.

fair enough lad, I never rated him, never wanted him as captain, he's a useful squad player in the prem, to see him as the first name on our team sheet made me cry, zero technique and all the effort in the world wont change that. clinging onto to him epitimised Moyes faults, and him leaving is a good thing in my mind, clearing the way for Berto to install his own ethos. Keeping a few proper Evertonians around the club is a good thing, Neville was never one, hes a Moyes man
