Hibbert for certain. They're both not the best, but neither attack, Hibbo has more pace (which isn't to say he's fast) and crosses better (which isn't to say he can cross; he just doesn't "dink" it in the box like a spanner the way Neville does).
He's also by far the better man-to-man defender.

I was being kind. Hibbert's delivery is tantamount to a pizza delivery man arriving 2 hours late. On a children's tricycle. That's also on fire.
But somehow Neville's is even worse.
