Highly HIGHLY doubt that would happen. His wife has recently started a business here and his kids are at school age, he also goes on about how much he loves his family etc.

Also, he's gash.

LOL

Somebody has been reading his Twitter today. Fizzer18 posted:

He's got two small children of school age, one of whom battles Cerebral Palsy. I doubt he's going to uproot his family for an extra season or two. He's 35 in a few days time. His MLS ship has already sailed, so to speak.

Davey Weir is a freak of nature.

For every Weir there's at least 20 Alan Stubbs-types who retire in their mid-30s.

Not saying Neville will - actually, if anyone in our squad could 'do a Weir' it would be him, as he keeps himself very fit indeed for his age. Can't see him going to the MLS at all though, for the above family reasons. His daughter's progress is obvious a major priority for him.

Why should the American public be denied the Neville point? The chills of the crowd as Neville points in their general direction. Do it Neville, DO IT!

HILARIOUS! Captain Pointfinger in the US!!! Whee!!!!!

Sorry, don't see any teams taking him. He'd want a DP salary, not going to happen. I know we are of slower pace, but most teams still play faster than Neville currently does for him to be a starter day in/day out.

Will retire a blue.
