Player Valuation: £6m
Of our marquee signings last year, who do we think will surprise us all and turn into a player now that we have a manager who plays actual footy?

Klaassen - could work with a more attacking fast flowing game. Still have my doubts. 6

Keane - think a higher line is a scary prospect for him. 3

Lookman - Silva played Richarlison at WHATFORd so I think we’re going to see a lot of Lookman flying down the wings this year! 9

Vlasic - could work out but don’t see him getting the game time. 5

Sandro - I think Silva could get a tune out of him but I don’t think his heart is in it. 4

Sigurdsson - did well in my opinion (seeing as he was played on the wing!!) and will be even better next time around. 8

Pickford - continues to become one of the Premier Leagues best keepers. 9

*edit. After being blamed for England’s shock exit in the WC Picko is sent to America for concussion scans never to be seen again.

Tosun - will bag a load of goals with the right support and approach play. 7

Walcott - by October the MoTD ‘experts’ will be asking why Theo wasn’t in Russia. 9

I think Walcott, Pickford will do well and strangely enough I have a feeling Keane will improve. He’s still Young and with some good coaching could still come good.

I will be surprised if we see Klaasen or Sandro ever again.

Vlasic And Lookman both have potential and are still young, it depends on whether Silva will use or buy proven over trying them.

I never wanted Sigurdsson but I think he is clever enough to fit into the right system and for £45m I’ve no doubt there will be pressure to try and see if we get something from him, I can’t believe I’m saying it but I think he will end up being a good buy.

Tosun has looked decent enough I just have a feeling he will end up like the Rondon’s, Gabbiadini, Walters, Long types who can get the odd goal here and there but not good enough to break into top 6. Definitely need a proven striker to break top 6.

Our striker are many levels below the top 6, none of our forwards would get on the bench at a top 6 team.
