It has its good months and bad months. Setting your PS3 to say that you live in Canada or the US is a pain but well worth it sometimes

If you use Chrome, you can download and extension called "Hola" that will unlock content in other countries. So for instance I can get access to titles on Netflix in the UK that aren't available here and vice versa for you. Works on any site too.
