I've just ordered a new PC - when I install Mozilla Thunderbird will it retrieve archived e-mails?

Can anyone advise the best way to transition the email client across PC's?

Arent Emails saved on the host server?

I don't use email programs, only online things.

But presumably the mail is saved on the server, so it shouldn't matter.

Exactly what I thought.

Danny, get some sawdust and just unload it on the keyboard, leave it overnight then wash it as out with some water, give it say 5 hours to dry then reset the computer and your away.

you should print out all e-mails just in case da'webwentwong, your printer may even collate them for you in either forward or reverse order.
ring binders should be good for storage, you need a punch.
