I think they had the image with the stadium in the background at that low angle to make it appear to be a lot closer to the ground. I saw Nelson dock there when it was mentioned and I had a closer luck, but at first glance thought it was Nelson dock.

Yeah, I thought the same at first, and that's the impression that Intersky wanted to create I believe, making the suite look a lot closer to the stadium than it actually will/would be.

Seriously though - is the club doing anything about parasitical 'enterprises' using the club's symbols and great names to make a few quid?

There should be nothing down there Everton-related doing business. I'm not talking about the small vendors who might be selling scarfs and flags, or mobile fast food vendors, just this lot and the Gadaffi tent people who appear to be tipping up looking for a fast buck and taking the look off the place.
