NBC Sports Coverage of Everton and Premier League

Just wondering what other American based Everton fans have thought of NBC's first seasons coverage of the premier league, and Everton in general.

My own thoughts are very positive.

I have DirecTV and have been able to watch every Everton game live.

The commentators have been very knowledgeable and unbiased, none of this Sky 4/5 bias and adulation.

It's been good to hear Tim Howard commentating on some games! He comes across very well.

They have done a consistently thorough job for all premier league fans and are showing all 10 games live next Sunday.

I can't really think of any negatives.

It has been a breath of fresh air to have watched our team play some wonderful football this season.

Any other US based fans have any thoughts?

We are incredibly lucky. Everything about it has been first class. And it's kopite free.

Can have no complaints about the coverage. Will be curious how much we will have to pay for an EPL season ticket next season though.

It has been excellent from the pre game build ups, to the in game commentary and then the post match analysis.

They have done a very good job of identifying each teams strengths and weaknesses and presenting them without an appearance of bias.

And whenever I start to take them for granted I watch a game on fox sports and die a little inside.

Do they have British or American commentators? Pretty sure I've watched an NBC stream a few times and was impressed/not outraged at the commentary. They were British commentators, though.

I have seen NBC on them secret river things over here. Its pretty good. The commentators seem to know their stuff.

Pretty impressive. I enjoyed it a ton. I would get up at 6:45 am and watch any game I wanted to for the next six hours.

Mostly British, but our very own Tim Howard has done some games.

nah that was just a guess. Figured this year was just to get us hooked and then next year, we will have to pay.
