NatWest customers report problems

NatWest bank appears to be having fresh problems with its computer systems, less than a year after millions of customers were left unable to move money or pay bills for days.

A NatWest customer services adviser said that online and telephone banking, cash withdrawals and payments had been affected this time.

He added that he believed a majority of UK customers had been affected.

No reasons were given for the latest problems.

Ha i was going to switch to them recently, had murder with my current company trying to set up online banking, security codes in the post and that it was like back in the 80's during my MI6 days.
