Generally nap when back from work for an hour. No prob sleeping when go to bed around midnight.
A couple of naps at the weekend never go amiss either.
Spoken to the Docs about my capacity to sleep but they don’t seem bothered/know what it is despite multiple tests. I just like sleeping.

I am 83 and I've never been able (or wanted) to sleep during the day. Like Roydo, come 10.30 I'm out like a light, but wake up at 3.30am and am awake for two hours, then back to sleep for another couple of hours. Seems to suit me, never feel tired during the day. Feeling knackered is slightly different!lol

Bad habit to get into,,, I struggle to sleep that night unless I have a skinful....But no better feeling playing Tarzan the duvet being a crocodile and wrestling it in the afternoon

Never been able to sleep in the day ever, bad enough trying to sleep in the night lol, only 4-5 hours at most, quite a lot of the time

I have never been able to kip during the day. I’ll maybe have a sleep on Christmas Day after being done in but all of a sudden I’ve found myself exhausted and needing an hour during the day. It’s happened twice this week.

I’m old too. Maybe it’s that?
A mate of mine has had naps since I can remember.

Back when we were 20 ish I can remember asking what time he finishes work.

Half 5! Sound. I'll be round with beer at six!!

Oh. Make it half 7. I'm gonna have a nap after work...

Oh ok. Sorry mate. I forgot you were a 70 year old woman...
