Napoli fans and a near miss

In Rome for a 5 day break a few years back, great place to visit
On arrival wE had to get the Airport coach to Termini Station, and then walk from there to our hotel which was about a 15-20 mins
In the station my wife and my mates wife said why so many police, we thought maybe something to do with beefed up security around terrorism. As we walked out of
the station we noticed more police with dogs and riot gear, by then we were in Peroni mode so needed a drink.
When we got home I done a google search on Termini, and found out we had missed the Napoli fans going to Roma. I then found this clip, and thought would of been great to watch them coming in but not sure the girls would of been so happy.

It could be Lime street next

 

That must be a Cup Final or sommat.

There are thousands of them.

They wouldn't give that many fans tickets for an away game at Roma, would they?
 
I think around 2008, they wrecked all the trains and there was trouble in the ground.
I think they got banned and were heavily fined
What makes me laugh about it, was how big was that train :-)

If you Google Napoli fans, some great clips albeit concerning
 

As far as I know they were banned the year before this, this was the first time they were back, I think they hijacked trains in Naples, if you YouTube napoli fans you can see videos of the morning the all arrive at the train station in Naples...........police and security just basically leg it.

Rumour has it, mate of mine lived in Naples/Rome/Florence....says Napoli fans are mental, apparently they never even got tickets for that match. They all just went, there's videos of them outside the olympico stadium from that day as well.

Leaving a trail of blue and white silkies on the floor behind them Chico, and the stench of brylcreem and farts lingering in their wake.

The minute the Park End start handing out the slaps, they'll sneak back and watch from a safe distance singing run run.

Same as it ever was.

I think they are singing all Rome women are whores
I know when they played Liverpool they had a tidy mob in the main stand, Liverpool officials couldn't understand how they got them
I am sure they would be ok if you took the time to get to know them
