My Internet is cr*p!

I've lived with it for a while and just got on with it but now it is becoming annoying.

It works fine when downloading torrents and when I'm playing playstation online but when I try and watch Netflix on my laptop it keeps buffering unless I load up the movie and allow it to buffer first.
I can't even watch the 20 minute highlights on Everton TV without it stopping and that's playing on the lowest quality! I go to other people's homes and when I use their Internet my laptop is fine and allows me to watch the highlights.

I threatened to leave my supplier but they sent me new filters for the phone box thing but they've made no difference at all. They ran a speed check and she said I'm getting the right speed for what I pay for. I pay £15 a month.

My Internet works fine when streaming Netflix on my playstation but it doesn't on my laptop and my laptop is only 6 months old with a cleared cache, regular virus scans etc.

My Internet is crap and I want to change it but that means having to Change the router and start off a new contract with someone else. I've been with the same supplier for 7 years.

That's just crazy talk. Sawdust sorted mine out for a quid's worth every two weeks.

I don't use the Internet enough to warrant paying more for it. I only watch everton videos and download stuff, for everything else like this I use 3G.

3G seems to be quicker than my wifi. You know when I phone them
Up they hang up after about 20 seconds and that's after waiting on the line for 20 minutes!

Am I allowed to say what company I'm with or is it copyright infringement or something?
