My (becoming) sad away support

So I finally got myself a season ticket for next year! No idea how I am going to get the to the games being from bloody Guernsey but where there is a will there is a way, right?

My away record is starting to look a bit dodgy though, 2 own goals!? Come on, that can't be right.

I have seen us win many times at goodison, Yak hattrick Vs Brann, Rooney's last minute winner Vs Villa, 4-1 Vs Villa, the 3-1 cup match Vs Villa...I think the only time I've seen us lose at the old lady was the league cup on penalties Vs Sunderland (was my 18th birthday prezzie) Bloody Bakayoko missed and didn't look interested (I so wish he had been as good in real life as he was in football manager, my RS mate was gutted when we signed him).

Anyway, the highlight Vs the saints was "we don't need rodriguez, we've got your back four". You gotta laugh ain't ya?

After my last few aways I kinda feel a bit that way myself so don't feel bad.

My first game was a home game against Sheffield Wednesday, I was sat in the family enclosure. My only 2 real memories of the game was an awesome kid in the row in front giving me and my brother polo mints and someone (I am pretty sure it was Sheedy) scoring a volley at the parkend to make it 2-1 to us.

The population of Guernsey back in the day was less than 45k so coming out into Goodison, I was absolutly awestruck (is that a word?)

We only lost that because we worked so hard for 4th. Then Mr Mafia screwed us. I am not suprised our players had no fight left.
