It's wrong for any religion to tell anyone what to do, let alone someone who doesn't follow the religion. That applies for all religions and all people. End of.

Nevertheless, it's not really an issue to be discussed here. It's good to bring it to people's attention but perhaps this isn't the right place to do so as a thread of this nature can easily be taken over by people with more extreme beliefs thus lowering the profile of the site for people who might be reading this on a whim.

I'm going to comment on the video not getting into the rest.

Quite frankly that video is shocking and we all know its happening. I won't comment further to what I really think as perhaps this forum isn't where it should be aired.

I guess the main thing in a way is the 'Muslims' as soon as you say 'Muslims' you are assuming the whole of the Muslim race/community etc, which is obviously not the case. We can say EDL are racist, but that us a sub section of a 'political party' and is not a sweeping generalisation as their views are collectively the same, hence being a member of the said group.

Its like watching the EDL vid and saying whites are racist, or Christians. It's simply not the case.

EXACTLY...generalisations, assumptions and anecdotes
