cook up a couple of portobello mushrooms, stick a bit of mustard in the pan if ya like, I don't matter, it doesn't care

then slice open a nice crusty baguette, butter it, and sprinkle on some sea salt and black pepper, go on

next take a heaped handful of spinach, few little sprigs of rocket doesn't hurt either, plop it on the buttered bread

a few decent little shavings of parmeggiano, onto the spinach they go

slice up the mushies, stick them onto your butty, and if you didn't use mustard feel free to apply a splash of wuster sauce
